The benefit of the outdoors. One of the most effective methods of developing the competencies and skills required of groups and individuals in today's workplace is to first experience and practise these skills outside of the business framework. By using the outdoor environment, each activity is designed for you to achieve objectives through the use of these skills but without the constraints of organisational structure.
Our facilitators will then relate the skills learnt in the outdoors to the workplace and discuss how best they may be used and integrated

The likely content. Following a needs analysis determining your requirements, our solutions will include a blend of team building, development of key skills, challenge and fun, and will always be designed according to your wishes. The starting template for this design may involve a journey scenario along which challenges have to be completed in order to achieve the overall goal at the journey's end. After each activity the learning points will be discussed. In the evening, there is further opportunity for reflection through workshops/activities or over a relaxing team BBQ or 'banquet' .
